You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

We may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

4. Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Service. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Service, Promotion rules will apply.

5. Subscriptions

Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles will be set depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or The health globe cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting contact@thehealthglobe.in customer support team.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide the health globe with accurate and complete billing information that may include but not limited to full name, address, state, postal or zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize the health globe to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, The health globe reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service with immediate effect.

6. Free Trial

The health globe may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time (“Free Trial”).

You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for Free Trial.

If you do enter your billing information when signing up for Free Trial, you will not be charged by The health globe until Free Trial has expired. On the last day of Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.

At any time and without notice, The health globe reserves the right to (i) modify Terms of Service of Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.

7. Fee Changes

The health globe, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

The health globe will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of Service after Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

8. Refunds

We issue refunds for Contracts within 30 days of the original purchase mode of subscription of the Contract.

9. Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for Content that you post on or through Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content on or through Service, You represent and warrant that: (i) Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) that the posting of your Content on or through Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity. We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing on a copyright.

You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for Content you or any third party posts on or through Service. The health globe has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit all Content provided by users.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, which governing law applies to agreement without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any discrepancies and disputes are subjected to the Bengaluru judiciary court Karnataka only.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding Service.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of Service is unavailable at any time or for any period. 26. Additional terms

Coupons are applicable for limited Offer and not be applicable after the time period.

Product delivered to the buyer shall correspond exactly to the image displayed on the website all images provided are purely for illustration and the actual appearance may differ from the website image

Terms & conditions, refund policy , return policy and privacy policy mighy change at any time without any notice to the registered clients/ clients or new clients clients.

 Any subscription issues May occur based on technical issue but will be rectified by us when noticed or when  intimated us through our mail Contact@thehealthglobe.in to the customer care  and  Subscription dates will be extended based on the issue but not refunded.

Subscription paid will not be refunded for any reason but only extended on the unavailable dates if any technical errors.

How can I pay for my purchases at the health globe?

The health globe offers multiple payment options including most debit cards, credit cards and Net banking to make your purchase.

You also have an option to avail cash on delivery with extra charges.

How can I place an order, with the payment option as bank deposit or direct bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS)?

For your convenience, The health globe provides more offline payment options. You can either deposit the amount corresponding to your proposed order either in The health globe bank account directly at bank , or make an online transfer from your internet banking platform to The health globe bank account.

This option is available for all customers of The health globe. Please contact The health globe Customer Care to avail this payment mode.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card at The health globe?

The health globe uses razor payment gateway to process your transactions.

How can I place a Cash-on-Delivery order (C o D)?

If you are not comfortable making online payments, you can choose the Cash on Delivery payment option to pay for your purchases with extra charges.

C-o-D payments are currently not accepted for orders above Rs 5,000 & 5 kgs. You may receive a confirmation call before the orders are shipped, in case of C-o-D orders

FAQs – CANCELLATIONS

I have just placed an order. How can I cancel my order?

Please get in touch with our customer care to get your order cancelled.

What are my cancellation timelines?

In cases where the order has not been shipped, the same will be cancelled immediately. In cases where the order has already been shipped, please do not accept the shipment when it arrives. The health globe will process the cancellation based on your communication with customer care.

What are the cancellation charges?

Orders generally get shipped within same day or 1 or 2 days.

In cases where the cancellation request reaches us for offline / online / cash on delivery orders before the shipping gets initiated, there will be no cancellation charges. In cases where shipping has been initiated, a cancellation charges will be applicable.

In Cash-on-Delivery orders, the cancellation charge if any, would apply.

How will I get the refunds for my cancelled orders?

In online payments on cancellation, your remaining amount will get refunded to you through the same payment mode which you had used for the transaction.

When will I get the refunds for my cancelled orders?

In case of non-shipped orders, the refund will be processed, on confirmation of cancellation by The health globe customer care.

In cases of orders which have already been shipped, cancellation gets confirmed once the products are received back at The health globe office. On confirmation of the same with return policy, the refund will get processed.

What do I do if I get my products in damaged condition?

The health globe takes utmost care in packing your orders and uses reliable logistics partners to carry your shipments. But, in the rare instance of a damaged shipment, please do not accept the delivery of the same.

Immediately on declining the delivery, please contact our customer care and inform about the same. We will help you in finding an alternate solution – shipping of a replacement or cancellation of the order based on company terms.

I have bought a product from The health globe which I am yet to use. Is it possible to return the same?

We don’t generally accept delivered products. In case if the manufacturer or the vendor accepts the unused products for a genuine reason we don’t have any problem getting it back.

Return shipping charges shall be applicable on all returns.

How do I claim Warranties / guarantee ?

All warranties / guarantee to be claimed through the invoice with the manufacturer only If applicable from the manufacturer side for the product which you have already purchased.

We are no way responsible or warrant for any fraud, working skills, documents, behavior, ethical issues, salary ,criminal or any related to the candidates. we only create a platform for advertiser and candidate in jobs. The health globe jobs service will not take any actions or responsibility regarding candidates.

We are no way related or responsible or warrant to any links or  information about the details of course details, fees, duration , service & quality details provided by any institutes, academies, organization, companies, trusts, couching centers or any who have displayed or advertised in our website.
